You have just started the process to learn more about how to become a part of one of today's most exciting and innovative Franchise companies. At PAX, we understand the value of a good fit between Franchisor and Franchisee. We also know that finding the right Franchise can be difficult so we've developed a simple, six step process, to help make your exploration a little easier. Step 1: Contact Us The first step to owning a Pacific Auction Exchange, Inc. Franchise is letting us know that you are interested. This is also the first step toward the independence and security of small business ownership with one of today's most exciting Franchise organizations. Step 2: Apply Once you have let us know that you would like to be considered for a PAX Franchise, you can fill out our confidential Franchise application. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will contact you to schedule a telephone call or personal visit, to discuss your exciting opportunity! Step 3: Initial Interview In our initial interview call or meeting, you and your PAX contact will review the Pacific Auction Exchange, Inc. Franchise concept and your opportunity. We'll discuss expectations and commitments for the rest of the qualification process. We'll also set up a schedule for future communications including phone calls, mailings, and personal visits. Step 4: Review Our UFOC You will receive our UFOC (Uniform Franchise Offering Circular). A follow-up call is scheduled for 2-3 days after you receive the information. During this step our representative will work closely with you to review the UFOC and answer any additional questions you may have. A list of Franchise owners is sent to you, which will give you access to our Franchise owner base. We highly recommend you call at least three of our Franchise owners and ask them as many questions as you feel necessary. This is your opportunity to contact current PAX Franchisees, review our UFOC and related information, and address any outstanding issues prior to moving forward to the next step. Step 5: Executive Interview We now begin the final portion of your discovery. Another meeting will be scheduled to discuss the details of operating your own Pacific Auction Exchange, Inc. business. This step includes scheduling an executive interview with our C.E.O. This phone call, or personal visit helps us to determine if your goals and expectations will be achieved through Pacific Auction Exchange, Inc. PAX will be evaluating your application, considering your qualifications and level of enthusiasm and contacting you to advise you as to whether or not your application has been approved. Should you be approved, you will be awarded the rights to a Franchise. Step 6: Sign the Agreement! It's decision time! Let's walk through & sign the agreement together. Once you have signed the Franchise agreement and submitted the designated Franchise fee, you are now a Pacific Auction Exchange, Inc. Franchise owner! Congratulations!! We'll introduce you to the PAX support team during a conference call or personal visit. In this call we'll set your training dates. You'll also receive exclusive passwords to enter into the "Franchise Owner Only" section of our website. You'll have your own profile on the PAX website, as well as your own Franchise website!
